Shuiyue Temple was founded in the Qing Dynasty. It’s named for the beauty of water and the moon in the temple at night. Red walls, red columns, and yellow glazed tile roofs make the temple with solemn silence. It’s a religious place for monks and nuns to live. On the first day and the fifteenth day of every lunar month, some devout believers and Buddhist pilgrims will flock to Shuiyue Temple for worship.
