Gongcheng Confucius Temple in Guilin

Built in 1477 and located at the south of Xishan Mountain in Gongcheng County, Guilin, Confucius Temple is a sacred temple for worshiping Confucius, a famous statesman, thinker, and educator in ancient China. It is also known as one of the four confucius temples in China. The whole temple is the largest and most complete palace-style building of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) in Guangxi.
